Lehua is the Senior Employment Coordinator, certified federal resume writer, and veteran spouse who has served the military community for over 12 years. She has been with the program since its inception in 2016. Her focus is on providing strategic job placement and employment opportunities that complement Service Members' skills in addition to crafting federal and civilian resumes for future careers. 

 

Lehua hails from the tiny island of Kauai and is a proud graduate of Kapa’a High & Elementary School and Kauai Community College. She continued her education at the University of Hawaii-Manoa and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Hawaiian Studies and earned her master’s degree in Education from Chaminade University. She is an avid swimmer, bodysurfer, former lifeguard, and athlete who loves the game of volleyball and basketball.
